[Resume Drop] Capacity Builders 

In preparation for the 2025-26 school year, many of our partner schools are seeking consultants - capacity builders - who can help ensure schools have the capacity to grow toward their operational and academic goals. We are helping out by recruiting a bullpen of experienced capacity builders to match with schools based on their needs.

If you have a track record of results in any of the following areas, consider submitting your resume to learn more about how you can bolster our work and ensure all St. Louis students have access to a high-quality education.

Desired Areas of Expertise: 

• Professional Development
• School Systems (Instructional, Culture, Data) creation implementation and progress monitoring
• On the ground coaching for various levels of school leaders (PMs, Principals, APs, ICs)
• Early Literacy work (implementation of curriculum aligned to SOR)
• Math curriculum and remediation work (implementation of curriculum and catch-up work/interventions)

OUR ASPIRATION

In our first three years, we have built a national model for new school design and forged a diverse coalition for change among partners. Over the next three years, we seek to double the share of children enrolled in quality schools, from 13% to 25%. We’ll do this by investing over $50 million to empower parents to make education choices; launch, scale, and transform schools; and improve the talent, data, and policy ecosystem in the region.
