Restaurant General Manager

Location: Adrian, MI

 

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Base (Based on Experience)

 

Additional Benefits: up to $1200/month bonus + Benefits

 

We're a leader in fast-food service, seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager for our Adrian, MI location. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry and have a proven track record of leadership, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Financial management, including budgeting and sales forecasting
• Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance work environment

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the fast-food industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proven record of improving service and maintaining profitability
