Leveraging the advanced single-cell multi-omics profiling technology and data, the trainees will gain experience in processing large genomic data and constructing computational pipelines to do data quality checks, normalization, batch removal, and genomic feature detection. The newly proposed model will bridge the molecular profilings with the clinical treatment of patients, leading to high-impact findings.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Learn existing genomic-disease association ML models and be exposed to the newly developed tree-based model applied on the state-of-the-art single-cell multi-omics data in immunology and immunotherapy studies.
Learn how to organize reproducible codes and write Rmarkdown or Jupyter Notebook weekly report. Transform weekly report into professional package and website interface and deploit on GitHub for wider audience testing.
Learn efficient presentation skills for sharing progress weekly in individual meeting with PI. Learn how to efficiently and accurately present research progress and findings and contribute to the final manuscript drafting.
