Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for team members. Accurately record, analyze, and report R&D data, ensuring all findings are documented clearly and comprehensively. Maintain thorough and accurate records of experiments, tests, and results. Ensure proper functioning and calibration of lab instruments. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. Acquire and analyze raw materials and prototypes for testing. Prepare and write technical papers, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings, recommendations, and new developments. Work with Production, QA, and Sales to improve packaging methods and quality. Act as the key technical liaison between R&D and other departments to drive successful product development. Continuously drive, evaluate, and improve R&D processes, methods, and systems. Suggest and implement improvements to existing packaging designs, materials, and production techniques to enhance quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
