A-Line staffing is hiring Fully Remote RN Care Managers in California

RN Care Manager Details:

• 90-180-day contract assignment
• Location: Fully Remote – MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA and reside in the Pacific time zone
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST (occasional OT)

RN Care Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $38 - $42 per hour based on experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN Care Manager Qualifications :

• Active RN license in the state of California required
• Must work in PST time zone hours
• Must have experience with Medicare / Medicaid / Managed care plans
• Care/Case Management experience
• Must have solid computer and documentation skills

RN Care Manager Responsibilities :

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of members health needs

• Developing personalized care plans based on members needs and input

• Providing member education

• Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls - will spent most of their day on the phone reaching out to members

• Data Entry

• Navigating multiple systems
