State Farm Agency looking for Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales professionals who want wants to work from home! State Farm experience is preferred. If you are a motivated self-starter then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential. 

You must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license and some prior insurance experience to be successful in this role. State Farm experience is highly preferred.

• You have an active Property and Casualty license
• You have experience in an insurance sales and/or customer service experience
• You have the ability to work from home
  
   

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty
• Life and Health license
• Insurance experience; State Farm experience preferred
• Customer Service and/or Sales experience 
  
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Must have home office and computer / laptop
• Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision
