Signing Bonus

A $50,000 signing bonus is offered for this position, further reflecting our investment in the success of every Pinnacle physician.

About the Role

The REI Physician will be a vital member of our clinical team, delivering compassionate fertility care while supporting the clinics continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team, leverage advanced resources, and make a profound impact on the lives of individuals and families pursuing parenthood.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for patients.
• Perform fertility procedures including ultrasounds, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and hysteroscopies.
• Provide empathetic patient education on treatment options, protocols, and medications.
• Collaborate with nurses, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards.
• Stay current on advancements in reproductive medicine and integrate evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to clinic quality initiatives and research efforts.
• Support practice visibility through marketing or outreach events, as needed.

Position Requirements

Education & Licensure:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

Compensation & Benefits
