Your Role in Making a Difference:

• Provide compassionate, direct care to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise daily activities executed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Adhere to all Federal, State, and Local regulations and guidelines as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel follow the established policies and procedures of the facility.

Qualifications to Make a Difference:

• Active RN license in your state of residence.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with a commitment to confidentiality.
