Overview Sign-on bonus available up to $10,000 and Relocation up to $7,500! - Schedule : Part-time (24 hours). Two 12 hour shifts, this position has rotating start times . Shifts rotate between 5:30A-5:30P & 8:00A-8:00P. Schedule is done on a 6 week time tract so days/ hours will be known in advance but requires candidate to have flexibility for both of those shifts. M-F with occasional weekend call requirements.
- Department : Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and pre-op. Time will be split between PACU & pre-op.
- Requirements: Either prior PACU, pre-op, ICU, ED, Critical Care or med/surg experience is required.
- Location : Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Qualifications - Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
