Regional Security Manager - Federal Security Contracts - Armed - Region: Trenton, NJ / Philadelphia, PA Qualifications - 5+ years of armed federal security experience - 3+ years of supervisory experience - Planning, organizational, and motivational experience. Experience in force protection and facility security operations - Experience in emergency/disaster management and physical security - Familiarity with emergency procedure protocols - NJ Armed SORA - Current/Required - PA Act 235/PA CCW preferred but not required - Active Federal Protective Services Suitability required (Public Trust or above) - Ability to maintain suitability - At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent - U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident with verifiable honorable discharge from any U.S. Armed Forces component - Former LEO / Military Service preferred - Physical fitness to walk and lift. Responsibilities - Ensure quality assurance of staff assigned to posts - Oversee troop welfare - Manage scheduling, including callouts - Confirm worked hours for invoicing and staff pay (in conjunction with corporate HR & Accounting) - Allocate equipment to staff - Monitor training matrix and coordinate scheduling for re-certification training - Assist with new hires, including initial interviews and HR paperwork - Coordinate with site facilities team/CO on any closures - Act as onsite liaison with site facilities team/CO - Liaise with the Contractor's Contract Coordinator on adherence to and changes in the SOW - Perform on-post duties: typical armed PSO duties - This is both a working (uniformed/on-post) and management position. Expect 2-3 days weekly in 1st shift uniformed/on-site/post-armed site supervisor assignment and 2-3 days of management. WFH may be an option on some management days. All current posts are M-F 1st shift, no weekends or holidays.
