An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Operations Manager in the Utility Line Clearance sector. In this role, you will oversee multiple geographic operating centers, ensuring that our services exceed industry standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall performance of utility tree care operations across various locations, ensuring excellent service delivery to utility customers.
Lead a dedicated team of field managers, supervisors, and general foremen, promoting collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
Partner with the Vice President to develop and implement client-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and efficiency.
Manage project administration tasks including forecasting, scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining work-in-progress reports to ensure timely and accurate operations.
Champion the implementation of the Safety and Loss Prevention Program, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.
Utilize leading indicator tools to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute on key company objectives.
Proven experience in leading regional teams and creating a positive work environment that supports organizational success.
Demonstrated ability to grow business and manage financial performance effectively.
A minimum of 10 years of operational experience in the utility line clearance and/or vegetation management industry, with a solid understanding of utility business operations and client expectations.
Familiarity with industry standards such as CPUC, ANSI, OSHA, and utility line clearance guidelines.
A desire to advance your career, support team members, and contribute to overall business growth.
Preferred qualifications include ISA Certified Arborist® Utility Specialist and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional® certifications.
