Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall business operations within the assigned region or territory.

2. Develop and maintain sales and expense budgets for each location within the region.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence.

4. Build strong relationships with store decision-makers and regularly deliver product and service presentations.

5. Collaborate with in-store teams, including account representatives, counter managers, business managers, and coordinators, to ensure smooth business operations and grow the customer base.

6. Conduct weekly sales reviews with assigned counter staff and hold monthly progress meetings with Cosmetic Department Managers and Sisley Representatives.

7. Plan and oversee seasonal promotional events to maximize their effectiveness.

8. Ensure employee compliance with both Sisley’s and retailers’ employee handbooks.

9. Verify that all assigned employees adhere to their scheduled hours and maintain counter coverage at all times.

10. Ensure Sisley counters are staffed during all business hours; stagger break times to maintain coverage.

11. Train employees under your supervision to enhance their performance and product knowledge.

12. Rotate merchandise regularly in display cases and stockrooms to maintain freshness and appeal.

13. Coach counter staff on motivating sales associates to promote inter-selling and meet sales goals, using tact and diplomacy to encourage team collaboration.

14. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and schedules. Post weekly work schedules in the designated area.

15. Keep detailed records of special events for future reference and planning.

16. Ensure all employees use the latest company forms, submitting them clearly and on time.

17. Conduct regular store visits and meetings with Cosmetic Department Managers to assess business performance.

18. Oversee timely and accurate merchandise ordering based on store needs and promotional calendars.

19. Ensure accurate month-end inventory and timely reporting of sales figures.

20. Submit monthly reports to the corporate office within the first 10 days of each month.

21. Maintain clear and accurate sales records, including on-hand stock and sold items, to ensure transparency and accountability.

22. Manage monthly sample and tester orders, coordinating with Sisley Representatives to align with marketing and promotional schedules.
