Full-Desk Consultant

Insightful Talent is partnering with a talent solutions client in Charlotte looking for talent full-desk individuals to help them grow! As a Full-Desk Consultant , you’ll be responsible for growing your client portfolio, selling into new groups and delivering on your clients’ open opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

Business Development:

• Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow an established client portfolio by understanding their business needs and offering tailored talent solutions.
• Negotiate terms of business agreements and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and service excellence.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match clients' open positions, ensuring quality placements.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from initial client consultation to candidate onboarding.

What the client is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong sales AND/OR recruiting background in the talent solutions industry.
• Experience recruiting for Tech, finance, legal, actuarial or risk opportunities.
• Self-Starter – someone who has strong motivators and wants to see high financial success.
• Team player – The Charlotte office is primed for growth, we all share a clear goal so it's essential any new team member wants to work with and for the team
