🚨 We’re Hiring: Recruiter (Hybrid – Las Vegas, NV)

📍 3 days in-office | 2 days remote

At RSMC Services, Inc. , we specialize in connecting dental practices with top-tier talent—from dentists and hygienists to support staff. We’re growing fast and looking for a Recruiter who’s driven, organized, and ready to make an impact.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Source & recruit dental professionals nationwide
• Conduct interviews & manage onboarding
• Partner with our team to fill both permanent & locum roles
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Keep our ATS up to date and pipelines full

✅ What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or healthcare/customer service experience
• Great communication and time-management skills
• A team-first mindset and drive to hit goals
• Familiarity with ATS tools (a plus!)
• Based in Las Vegas (or willing to be 3 days/week)
