We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This position requires someone who is skilled in full-cycle recruiting and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate data entry and database management.
• Perform background checks, ensure all candidates undergo required screenings, and verify candidate credentials as needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with state and company policies, including education verification and immunization requirements.
• Provide timely updates to managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Organize and review timesheets for accuracy and ensure timely approvals.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in training sessions to learn company-specific policies, procedures, and systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve processes.• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and database management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with background checks, drug screenings, and credential verification.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and full-cycle processes.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
