Job Description

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team in the contract medical manufacturing space. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple locations, helping to scale teams in both production and professional functions. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing recruitment experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the urgency and quality standards of the medical device industry. This is completely onsite with a starting hourly rate between $30-$33/hr. Interested?

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across multiple sites
• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and offer management
• Utilize a mix of job boards to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain consistent communication and updates with internal stakeholders and agencies throughout the hiring process
• Support recruitment for a variety of roles including production, quality, engineering, and customer service functions
• Ensure hiring practices remain compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting multiple locations or business units is strongly preferred
• Proven success managing high-volume and niche recruiting needs simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Platforms

Preferred:

• Background in contract manufacturing or medical devices
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, or GMP hiring environments
