  • Engage in personalized coaching sessions to set and achieve your professional goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends to provide clients with informed advice and options.
Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and organization skills required.
  • Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Commission-only compensation structure.
