SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Candidate must be deadline driven, detail oriented and able to focus with regular or unscheduled interruptions within an office environment or remotely.
Candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn and manage time effectively.
Solid understanding of financial statements and real estate fundamentals.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency with Excel required. Basic understanding of real estate finance concepts.
Ability to generate and comprehend reports from Yardi and other management platforms.
Effective, clear, precise written and oral communication skills are critical, as well as strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in independent situations and in team situations.
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two to three years' experience in commercial/multifamily real estate analysis and outstanding academic credentials.
Real estate organization/management operations experience preferred.
