Plays a key role in the profit enhancement and business growth of Kettle. Supports RD&A with analyses, tests, and experimental designs at the manufacturing level. Will be based in Ft. Worth (manufacturing facility), and work closely with production and corporate R&D teams to scale up items. Responsible for implementing trials successfully to drive business growth through formulation and process improvements.
The typical hiring range for this role is $74,000 to $108,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
