Hiring For Production Operators To Work On Complex Catheter Assembly Tasks!

Responsibilities

• Perform manual/hand assembly of catheter components.
• Utilize small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes for assembly tasks.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in final packaging of completed products.
• Adapt and learn new assembly techniques and product lines as needed.
• Position requires the use of small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes to build complex catheters.
• Candidates should be flexible and willing to learn various assemblies and product lines as this is an R&D facility.

Essential Skills

• 1-3+ years of medical assembly experience, specifically with catheter assemblies.
• 1-3+ years of experience using microscopes.
• 1-3+ years of experience with basic hand tools, such as tweezers, cutters, and pliers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong hand dexterity for intricate assembly tasks.
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple areas.

Work Environment

Our facility is a well-lit, temperature-controlled clean room environment, requiring full gowning, including smocks, hair nets, and glasses. The facility is expanding, reflecting our growth potential. The work schedule is 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm (4x10s), with potential flexibility needed for additional hours on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
