Job Description

This is a skilled position involving maintenance and operation of company conveyor and crushing equipment.

Quarry Experience needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Thorough mechanical knowledge of crusher and related equipment.
•Analyzes malfunctions and repairs and rebuilds conveyors and crushing equipment.
•Examines parts for damage or excessive wear.
•Welds broken parts and structural members and other items as necessary using stick welding processes.

•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
•Must have currently valid welding certifications.

The employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move from 10 to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

This position will be night shift, 12 hours shifts,  covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
