**Job Title: Quality Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance audits, monitoring daily Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Good Manufacturing Practices and reporting issues to management. You will also verify regulatory formula and procedural compliance of manufacturing systems and work with Food Chemistry Microbiology Sensory and Product Development to gather samples and information needed for product testing.
**Hard Skills**
+ Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
+ Operating standard laboratory equipment
+ Food safety
+ Basic math functions
**Soft Skills**
+ At least 2 years of experience
**Job Type**
This is a permanent position.
**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Salina, Kansas.
**Work Environment**
First shift, full-time position with hours from 6:00am-3:30p
