Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year
A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Finance Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in a high level of client interaction and take on significant responsibility. The candidate will be involved in a variety of transactions, including the issuance of tax-exempt bonds and other public finance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the public finance department by providing legal advice and guidance, ensuring that all transactions comply with state and federal laws. This role is an integral part of our team, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in our continued success.

1. Assist in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of public finance documents, including bond authorizing legislation, bond purchase agreements, and disclosure documents.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of public finance issues.
3. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
4. Assist with the coordination and execution of public finance transactions.
5. Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
Job Details Qualifications:
1. J.D. from an accredited law school.
2. Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public finance, preferably with a focus on tax-exempt bond financing.
4. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
