Position Overview:
We are seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer-oriented self-starters to join our Retail Promotions Team. The Retail promoter will engage customers at our new Meijer location in St. Charles (opening in February 2025). They will introduce our products and processes, answer any questions that the customer might have and sign the customer up for an in-home consultation with one of the company's design consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
-Actively engage with customers passing by or checking out at the Meijers' check-out lane and invite them into our booth.
-Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and enthusiasm.
-Answer customer inquiries regarding our products and processes.
-SCHEDULE THE CUSTOMER FOR A FREE/NO OBLIGATION IN-HOME CONSULTATION WITH ONE OF OUR DESIGN CONSULTANTS.
-Build the value of the visit from our Design Consultants.
-Maintain product displays, ensuring they are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
-Opening up the store, and locking up at the end of the night, when necessary.
-Promote at other Redo Cabinets by Krumwiede Home Pros marketing events if and when the need arises.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in promotions, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus but not necessary.
-Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
What We Offer:
Hourly Pay: $20/hr.-$25/hr. (Depending on Experience)
Negotiable depending on experience level
Commission: $50/lead resulting in an in-home consultation
