Sinayskaya Yuniver PC is a reputable law firm based in Brooklyn, NY. We are currently in search of a proactive and innovative Project Manager to become part of our team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supervising a range of legal and administrative projects, introducing innovative methods, and refining current protocols to optimize our workflows and strengthen productivity. Furthermore, this position will involve providing training to staff members on effective project management techniques and overseeing their integration throughout the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse legal and administrative projects, including case management, document review, and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with legal team to identify project needs, develop plans and establish timelines.
  • Introduce new processes to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate and improve existing systems for enhanced efficiency.
  • Provide training and project management techniques to foster professional growth.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports for firm leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to integrate best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in a legal environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
