Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Restructuring Plans:

    • Support leadership to execute the "behind the scenes" functions of their restructure, such as contract review, efficiency improvements, or organizational realignment.
    • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to implement changes.
  2. Cross-Department Coordination:

    • Collaborate with various departments (operations, HR, finance, legal and production) to ensure that all teams understand their roles in the restructuring process.
    • Facilitate communication between departments to prevent bottlenecks or misunderstandings.
  3. Risk Management:

    • Continuously monitor the progress and adjust plans as needed to address any challenges.
  4. Resource Allocation:

    • Ensure that the necessary resources (budget, personnel, equipment) are allocated efficiently to support restructuring initiatives without negatively impacting production.

  6. Monitor KPIs and Performance Metrics:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of the restructure, such as production rates, cost savings, and employee turnover.
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, progress, and outcomes.
  7. Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including executives, managers, and external partners, ensuring alignment with the company's vision during and after the restructure.
Qualifications :
  • Prior project management experience
  • Solid technical proficiency
  • BS in Business preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and be extremely organized
  • Comfort working cross-functionally/with various departments.
