This role is ideal for an experienced and dedicated professional with a passion for healthcare and telehealth program management. The Program Manager will lead a telehealth addiction medicine initiative, ensuring the delivery of patient-centered, evidence-based care. The position involves developing workflows, supervising staff, managing patient scheduling, and driving quality improvement initiatives to optimize outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely while making a meaningful impact on patients’ recovery journeys. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, adept at navigating complex healthcare environments, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a collaborative virtual team.

Accountabilities

· Provide administrative and operational oversight for the Telehealth Addiction Medicine program.

· Develop and optimize workflows, protocols, and processes to ensure high-quality care delivery.

· Supervise and mentor program staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

· Manage patient scheduling and coordinate virtual care delivery.

· Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and best practices.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement program goals effectively.

· Track program metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on outcomes.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Social Work, Community Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public health, healthcare, allied health sciences, or related areas.

· Experience in leadership, supervisory, or program management roles.

· High technological proficiency, including EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and secure communication tools.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage effectively in a virtual environment.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

· Experience in new program development and telehealth clinical service management is preferred.
