Experience with Azure DevOps for work management is required. Candidates should have experience coaching new development teams and product owners to use scrum. Experience using SAFe is highly desirable. Must be comfortable holding the Scrum Master role for up to 2 teams or managing IT projects using waterfall and hybrid approaches. A strong understanding of program management concepts is preferred, and great communication skills are paramount. Good understanding of technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft, RPA or Snowflake are a bonus.
