Production Shift Leader - Nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
The Production Shift Leader is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all employees on their shift and overseeing operational systems and processes. The production shift leader will also drive continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, production efficiencies and cost reduction. The production shift leader must be comfortable executing decisions and have a high degree of emotional intelligence to lead the shift to excellence.
