Job Description We have an excellent opportunity for Production Room Leads; this is a temp-to-hire position. There are shifts available in both the first and second shift positions. We offer affordable health insurance. Plus, get health coverage after 30 days. 1st Shift 5:45 am-2:30 pm

1. st Shift pay rate $17.25
2. nd Shift 2:15 pm-11 pm

2nd Shift pay rate $17.75 Affordable health insurance you can use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services. What You'll Do as: Production Room Lead Assess your labor at the beginning of the shift to ensure the ability to run efficiently. Ensure all employees on the line can perform each task assigned. Ensure there is enough material to run the entire shift, and that all materials are recorded. Work with Floor Production Leads to coach and counsel employees on performance per assigned tasks. Work Experience Preferred Candidate Might: HS Diploma or Equivalent 3-5 years of production lead experience in a manufacturing setting is required Able to work flexible schedules, including overtime. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and lead employees.
