Production Lead - Second Shift

Allentown, Pennsylvania

Monday to Friday (Weekends Excluded)

3:15 PM to 12:00 AM

$20.50 per hour, with a $0.50 increase following the probationary period.

A rapidly expanding GMP Manufacturing facility seeks qualified Production Leads.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience, managing teams of three or more individuals.
  
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
  
• Proficient mathematical skills (skills assessment required without the use of a calculator).
  
• Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude.
  
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  
• Possesses strong motivational abilities.
  
• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.

Responsibilities of a Production Line Lead:

• Supervise a team of four to eight employees.
  
• Conduct and oversee quality assurance checks.
  
• Proficient in the use of computer tablets.
  
• Exhibits excellent communication skills.
  
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of pallet patterns.
  
• Identifies and implements opportunities to optimize workflow efficiency.
  
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  
• Adheres to all company safety regulations and procedures.
