What's in it for you: $82,000 - $112,000 base salary, benefits, and company perks Health, Dental, and Vision coverage to best fit your needs, including a plan that takes $0 out of your paycheck + 401(k) with company match Advancement opportunities with structured career paths TQL's IT Team offers a hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely 40 hours per month Reimbursement for continuous education and technical training We win wherever we go - Voted a 2019-2023 Computerworld Best Places to Work in IT What you will be doing: Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning and prioritization of the product backlog Understand business and end-user needs; identify and prioritize features to be delivered to meet those needs Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories Participate in sprint planning to determine the team's objectives for the upcoming sprint Prioritize and maintain the product backlog Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, story refinements and team retrospectives to ensure the team has a clear understanding of priorities and next steps Lead the sprint review meetings to present the output from the sprint to key stakeholders Analyze feedback from sprint reviews, and other data such as end user feedback and operational metrics to identify and understand product needs Work with the development team to create acceptance criteria and definitions of failures and done Assist the team on the development of feature tests, test cases and regression tests Set expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features and functionalities What you need: Bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of Information Technology required At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role preferred Product Owner certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification) a plus Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies Strong influence, facilitation and collaboration skills with ability to effectively communicate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people Exceptional work ethic, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills Where you'll be: 200 Regency Executive Park Dr., Suite 100 & 200, Charlotte, NC 28273 Total Quality Logistics
