Job Title: Produce Packer – Warehouse (Bilingual Required) Location: Miami, FL Schedule: Day and swing shifts available Job Description: We are hiring Produce Packers to join our warehouse team in Miami, FL. In this role, you'll be responsible for packing, sorting, and preparing fresh fruits and vegetables for shipment to major retailers. Working hours vary based on business needs. This is a hands-on position in a refrigerated warehouse environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for clear communication and team coordination. Responsibilities:

• Pack, label, and inspect fresh produce for quality
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily packing quotas with speed and accuracy
• Work as part of a team to fulfill large-scale orders

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in cold storage
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Previous warehouse or produce experience is required
• Able to work on-call if needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
