Position Summary:

At Calbee America, our snacks are known for quality, flavor, and innovation—and that starts with our people. We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to help keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll manage daily purchasing operations across raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods/services. You’ll be the link between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring everything arrives on time, meets our standards, and supports our production goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery
• Communicate with suppliers to track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
• Support invoice resolution and collaborate with Accounts Payable
• Maintain accurate procurement data and generate reports
• Work cross-functionally to ensure materials are ordered in line with production needs
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintaining contract documentation
• Analyze supplier quotes and support cost-effective sourcing decisions
• Participate in procurement process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, demand planning, or a related supply chain role (food or snack industry a plus)
• Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier lead times
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and statistical forecasting is a plus
