Bentwood Luxury Kitchens, a nationally recognized industry leader, has been crafting custom, furniture-quality cabinetry in Lancaster, TX for over 35 years. We design and produce high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas of the home utilizing Bentwood cabinetry. Additionally, we partner with other local vendors to supply appliances, countertops, etc. to provide a seamless project approach.
We are seeking an accomplished Kitchen and Bath Designer/Outside Sales Specialist to join our Team, provide design services and product expertise for our leading luxury brands.
Responsibilities and Duties Include: Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with end clientele, interior designers, architects, and builders on high-end remodeling and home building projects.
Provide exceptional service and expertise to each client during the sales, design, and installation process of our projects.
Ability to sell, design various spaces incorporating our millwork, create contracts, online order entry and oversee order process, site visits, manage deliveries and installations.
Helping to maintain a clean and attractive display and presentation space in our new showroom.
Able to hit sales goals. Necessary Skills and Requirements:
Accomplished background, a minimum of 5 years of kitchen sales and design experience, working directly with high-end cabinet manufacturers preferred.
Comfortable in selling and leading high-end projects.
Ability to effectively convey to end client, and/or CAD resources, design concepts and design intent (hand sketching or CAD proficient)
Business development and networking with leading interior designers, architects and builders in the Austin area (Austin local with previous contacts preferred).
Familiarity with the local market a plus.
Able to interpret architectural drawings.
Travel may be required as our referral base is national
Willingness to uphold our high standards/expectations and brand integrity.
Be able to work well with others in a team-like atmosphere.
Must be organized with a strong attention to detail. Ability to problem solve, and good follow-up skills.
Bilingual is a plus however not required.
