\n What’s a typical day as a Pre-Sales Inside Representative? You’ll be:
\n• Receiving and managing incoming sales leads
\n• Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
\n• Conducting pre-sales activities, qualifying leads, and building long-term relationships with customers
\n• Bringing in mid-tier cosmetic leads
\n• Handing off qualified leads to the sales team
\n• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for successful leads and closed business
\n• Demonstrating strong organizational skills
\n• Ideally coming from a direct TIC (Testing, inspection, and certification) cosmetic competitor
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• MUST Have experience in pre-sales
\n• Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
\n• MUST Have a background in the cosmetic industry, preferably in a direct TIC cosmetic competitor
