Job Summary:

The Plumbing Designer serves to focus primarily on the design of building-related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, educational, and healthcare facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software.

In this role, you will:

• Produce plumbing drawings for various building types
• Develop system design calculations and select equipment for use in buildings

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology (a plus but not required)
• EIT / PE a plus but not required
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing design for various types of facilities
• Thorough knowledge of engineering principles and experience in a broad spectrum of building types
• Experience with building-related projects

Skills/abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software

Location : On-site in Vista, CA

Salary: $80000-$90000
