A healthcare system in Vermont is currently a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, for a promisingopportunity at one of their facilities in Burlington. About the Opportunity: Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Clinic Specialty: Family / Internal Medicine Patient Population: Geriatric Patient Volume: 10 to 16 per day EMR: Epic Responsibilities: The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for: Seeing patients for preventative visits Assisting patients withacute and chronic ongoing needs Handling SNF admissions anddischarges Doing periodic assessments Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Vermont Board Certified / Eligible in Family and/or InternalMedicine Experience working with the Geriatric population Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal) Your privacy is important to us.
