Comment: Bilingual Spanish is required, EXTENSIVE PEDIATRIC EXPERIENCE 2+ YRS MINIMUM.

Description: As a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, embodying our commitment to exceptional healthcare experiences. Your responsibilities will include proficiently drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring adherence to established procedures. Direct patient interaction is central to this role, where you will foster an environment of trust and comfort while explaining procedures and performing phlebotomy with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood specimen collection and processing with clinical expertise and adherence to protocols.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to specimen collection and processing.
Uphold a professional environment, demonstrating leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year preferred in phlebotomy.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (mandatory in CA, NV, WA).
Exceptional phlebotomy skills including proficiency with pediatric and geriatric patients.
Strong customer service skills, ideally in a healthcare, retail, or service environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
