Rossi Pest Services is a trusted provider of pest control services in Northern Virginia. We are committed to protecting homes and businesses by offering safe, effective, and environmentally responsible pest management solutions. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation.
Identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods.
Apply pesticides and other pest management products safely and effectively.
Use traps, baits, and other tools to control pests.
Provide customers with information on how to prevent future infestations.
Keep accurate records of services performed, chemicals used, and customer interactions.
Follow safety procedures and state regulations regarding pest control.
Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and uniform in good condition.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in pest control (preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate).
State pest control license or ability to obtain (training provided if needed).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (indoors/outdoors, attics, crawlspaces, etc.).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
