We are seeking certified Personal Trainers to join the team at Fitness Incentive, Long Island's Best Gym. The ideal candidate will have a nationally recognized personal training certification or a similar educational degree. They should be friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct individuals and small groups to improve their health and physical fitness
• Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Demonstrate proper form and technique
• Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients
• Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun

Qualifications:

• Professional Personal Trainers certification from an established organization
• Experience as a personal trainer is preferred, but we will train the right individual.
• A degree in Exercise Physiology and/or Nutritional Science would be beneficial, but not required.
• Ongoing commitment to education and development of personal training skills
• Ability to train all fitness levels
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to effectively market and sell your personal training services
• Passion for health and fitness
