Position: NP/PA - Occupational Health 
Location: Springfield, OH
Type: Locums
Start date: ASAP
Shift: Office open M-F; 8am to 4pm (no call, no weekends)
Open days/dates: Every Wednesday, Every other Friday
Reason for Coverage: hiring for the position
Practice Setting: Clinic
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-18
Documentation System/EMR: Systoc
N/A Trauma designation
APP will be Working Autonomously
Supervising Physician Present Onsite every other Thursday for now + Available by phone call/zoom.
Patient Age Demographic: Adults

Required Procedures:
Sutures
Workers compensation

 

Hourly pay (1099): $90/hr

Travel Reimbursements:

Mileage OR Rental Car ONLY (for locals)

 

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active OH license & DEA - REQUIRED
Workers' compensation & DOT certifications - HIGHLY Preferred
Willing to accept new grads
LOCAL CANDIDATES - HIGHLY Preferred
