Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Pega Lead System Architect with a robust technical background, hands-on expertise, and leadership skills to drive Pega projects. The ideal candidate will explore and implement new Pega capabilities, adopt a low-code approach, and work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience architecting and developing integration solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Pega 7+ implementations.
• Proven expertise with Pega 7 and 8, with successful project delivery.
• Strong ability to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions from a technical perspective.
• Experience driving process optimization and streamlining for client business processes.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Pega PRPC concepts and rule types (Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, and Ruleset Management).
• Hands-on experience with Agents, Integrations (SOAP/REST/SQL), Declarative Rules, Decision Rules, Flows, and UI development.
• Expertise in REST API integration, migration management, configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC enterprise-class structure design and application profiling.
• Experience with microservices, messaging, queuing, and API integration patterns.
• Proficiency in rule management (decision tables, decision trees).
• Multi-language and localization experience for application interfaces.
• Experience configuring NLP rules, UI frameworks, and custom skins.
• Knowledge of email listeners and routing via workbaskets.
• Familiarity with SSO integration and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to create UML diagrams for business process modeling.
• Commitment to low-code and no-customization approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and integration strategy for Pega application implementations.
• Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance on integration strategies.
• Drive best practices and promote Pega methodologies across projects.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging Pega releases and solutions.
• Communicate architectural solutions to stakeholders and business owners.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards and frameworks.
• Provide strategic roadmaps and recommendations for Pega solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams and business architects.
• Review and provide feedback on team deliverables.
• Research and recommend industry best practices for solving business challenges.

Education Requirements:

• Engineering Degree BE / BTech / MCA
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
