• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
• Verify insurance coverage and process billing information
• Provide patients with necessary information regarding their appointments and procedures
• Collaborate with dental providers to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office or medical administrative support role
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Familiarity with dental office or medical office operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
