Responsibilities

• Standard duties for Dental Receptionists are to be expected. Some of which are:
  1. Greeting and seating patients.
  2. Answering phone calls and Emails, and answering patient inquiries.
  3. Schedule and confirm upcoming patient appointments.
  4. Utilizing basic office equipment (computers, fax machines, etc.), maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  5. Process payments and insurance forms, preparing invoices, and handling billing inquiries.
  6. Verifying patient insurance coverage, processing claims, and following up on pending claims.
  7. Working with computer systems, ex. Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.
  8. HIPPA Compliance
  9. Management of patient files, updating information as necessary and ensuring that all records are accurate and confidential.
  10. Administrative duties and data entry.

Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • 8:45am to 5pm

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Recent graduates are welcome!
