Family Law Paralegal

Location: WA State - Candidate must sit in WA (remote)

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 DOE + Bonuses

Job Type: Full-Time

Although this role is remote in WA state, the candidate MUST sit in WA state.

LHH seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our client’s legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations
• Draft pleadings, discovery, declarations, parenting plans, and other legal documents
• Prepare and review discovery responses and trial materials
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines across 35–45 matters
• Analyze financial documents and prepare support worksheets and spreadsheets
• Track billable hours and assist with billing documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of family law experience in a law firm setting in WA state
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
• Proficient in legal software (e.g., Clio) and billing systems
• Paralegal certification or advanced legal education
• Familiarity with court procedures in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties
• Must reside in Washington State
