LHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Jacksonville, FL, seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in probate law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing probate matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file probate pleadings and related documents
• Prepare estate inventories, accountings, and final distributions
• Manage case files from inception through closure
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other professionals
• Conduct legal research related to probate and estate matters
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate law
• Strong understanding of Florida probate rules and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required
