Key Responsibilities:
● Set estimate appointments through both warm and cold leads
● Conduct detailed estimates for residential and commercial painting projects.
● Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
● Prepare and present accurate quotes and project timelines.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
● Collaborate with our painting teams to ensure high-quality execution of services.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in project estimation and sales, preferably in the painting or home improvement industry.
● Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
● Basic computer skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of painting materials and techniques is a plus.
