Job SummaryWe are hiring FedEx Ground Package Delivery Drivers. No CDL is required. As a local driver, you'll operate a FedEx truck, manage a daily delivery route, and ensure every package delivery is safe and on time. Drivers stay home daily and enjoy performance-based pay with the chance to earn full-time wages without full-time hours.
Responsibilities Deliver and pick up packages using company trucks
Provide excellent customer service on each delivery
Perform basic vehicle checks and keep your truck in good condition
Stay on schedule and complete accurate package deliveries
Follow all safety standards while driving
Valid U.S. driver's license (no CDL required)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
Previous delivery driver or truck driver experience is a plus
