Job Details We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is a vital link in our production chain, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of production procedures. Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule and ensuring that it is adhered to.
2. Supervising and motivating a team of workers to meet production targets.
3. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
4. Liaising with different departments, e.g., suppliers and managers, to ensure smooth operations.
5. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
6. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
7. Identify training needs and ensure proper training is provided.
8. Reviewing worker performance and identifying areas of improvement.
9. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
10. Reporting and tracking relevant production metrics.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or similar industry.
2. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of production management and quality standards.
4. Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
